Job Overview

UnityPoint Health – Grinnell Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join its interdisciplinary care team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based nursing practices in a supportive environment focused on continuous improvement and positive patient outcomes.

Submission Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute or critical access hospital experience
• EPIC experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• PALs certificate strongly encouraged
• Stroke certification may be obtained during onboarding

• Completed skills checklist (dated within 1 year)
• License verification
• All active certifications (ACLS, BLS, NIHSS)

Additional Information

• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Candidates within 60 miles of facility billed at 10% lower rate
• On-Call Pay: $9/hour
• NBO (Non-Billable Orientation): 8 hours
